Fast Company members had an exceptionally strong showing in the May 11 Fredericton Marathon Weekend. The chilly spring weather and slight headwind did nothing to dampen our spirits as we ran along the scenic, pancake flat trails of the River Valley. Tyler Reddy (3:01:08) and Cathy Carter (3:34:05) both qualified for Boston in their Marathon debuts, while Mike Pettipas (3:32:02) and Karen Marlin (3:38:45) ran personal bests. Our ultra marathon man Dave Nevitt (3:02:54) also ran his best marathon time since 2004 after running Boston only a month before. He just keeps getting better!!

In the half marathon, Steve (1:49:29) and Paul Coffin (1:48:48) and Tina White (1:47:49) all had respectable showings and made sure they were on hand to cheer on the marathon finishers.

It seems like Fredericton is the new, hot Boston Qualifier!
